Delivery Info

Please read below important information on our deliveries:

Same day delivery orders are only subject to pre-agreement due to availability.

Our standard delivery days are Tuesday-Saturday. Sunday & Monday deliveries are available upon request but must be agreed prior to ordering. Whilst we endeovour to meet every deliver request we can, delivery requests made for a Sunday or Monday will be delivered at the earliest day either on Saturday or Tuesday, depending on when the order has been placed and availability of fresh flowers.

Delivery Timeframes are 9am-6pm and timed requests cannot be guaranteed, although we try our best to get them to you as quickly as possible. Flowers are delivered to me daily, so they need to be prepared and put in water before being made into bouquets, so many factors can daily the delivery of your flowers. We cannot respond to delivery update messages throughout the day as we work our fastest to get the flowers made and out to you. If you would like an update,  please call me on 07340 543341.

Orders Placed via courier are delivered between Monday-Friday to ensure the freshness and quality of the flowers. 

MOTHERS DAY DELIVERIES:

All mothers day deliveries will be completed before 6pm on the day requested, whether that is the Saturday or Sunday. Due to the sheer volume of orders, we will not be able to provide any updates on deliveries unless a delivery has not been made in the agreed time, which is extremely rare.

WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR FLOWERS WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM:

All flowers are delivered fresh, but as soon as a flower is out of water, the caperillerys begin to close on the stem, it is vital to the longeivity of the flowers to cut the stems at a 45 degree angle and put them into fresh water. Water should be changed every 2-3 days for fresh water.

Baskets or arrangements in Oasis - Arrangements in Oasis should have water poured in, directly onto the oasis every couple of days.

All flowers should be kept away from direct sunlight and heating sources such as fireplaces and radiators as these will cause the flowers to wilt.
